Booking terms

Every sitting includes the invigilated GL-style paper, a detailed marked report and a parent debrief call.

If you need to change: tell us 48 hours or more before the sitting and we'll move you to another Saturday free of charge, or refund that sitting in full — your choice. With less than 48 hours' notice (including on the day), we'll transfer you to another available Saturday instead of refunding.

If we need to change: sittings are capped and run subject to minimum numbers. If we ever have to move or cancel a date, you choose another Saturday or a full refund of that sitting.

Packs: the two- and three-packs work the same way, sitting by sitting. If we can't offer you dates that work for the sittings you have left, we'll refund the unused sittings pro-rata.

Places are reserved with a £100 deposit, with the balance due before the course begins. Cohorts are small and run subject to minimum numbers — if we don't run a cohort, everything you've paid is refunded in full.

If you cancel 14 days or more before the course starts, you get a full refund. Within 14 days we'll refund everything above the deposit — and the deposit too if we can fill the place.

Lessons can be rescheduled free with 24 hours' notice. With less notice a lesson may count as delivered — though we know life with children happens, and we'll always be reasonable.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new bookings. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
