Enquiry form: your name, email, phone (optional), your child's year group and your message — used only to reply to you and arrange things you've asked about.

Free guide download: your email — used to record the download.

Free online diagnostic: optionally your child's first name and your email, plus the score summary — used to email you the result.

Bookings and payments: handled by Stripe on their secure pages. We receive your name, contact details and booking choices — we never see or store card numbers.

Calls and WhatsApp: if you contact us there, those platforms' own terms also apply.

We don't sell your data, we don't add you to marketing lists without asking, and this site doesn't use tracking cookies. If site analytics are enabled they are cookieless and anonymous (Plausible).

We teach children, but this website is aimed at parents. The only information we hold about a child — a first name and year group — is given to us by you, and is used only to prepare for and deliver tuition.

Enquiries: up to 12 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Booking and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax. We delete sooner on request wherever we legally can.

Only the services that make this site work — form delivery (Web3Forms), payments (Stripe) and hosting (Netlify) — and each only sees what it needs to do its job.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you — just email us. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
